The Xiaomi BE7000 seems like a solid choice if you’re looking for a budget-friendly router that still delivers in terms of performance. The lack of support for the 6GHz radio band and only Chinese interface may be a dealbreaker for some, but the router still has enough features to make it worthwhile. Although it does lack full WiFi 7 capabilities, it does have MLO, 160MHz channel bandwidth support, and OFDMA.
The router also has a strong range and shows impressive performance in the 5GHz band, maintaining good speeds even from a distance. So, you might notice slight slowdowns if you’re downloading large files while streaming in 4K or gaming online. But generally, this router can handle a good bit of torrenting without major issues.
